Every Fire Department's success depends on their ability to work as a team. This wonderful shot of Fort Edward Fire Department members working together is a small glimpse at the spirit that makes this department one of the finest in the area.

The Town of Fort Edward Recreation Center was abuzz on this balmy June evening (6/12/01) as the fire department filled the municipal pool for the season and the ballfield was filled with the sounds of "Play Ball" echoing down to the rivers edge.

The lifestyle afforded by the Town of Fort Edward to it's residents is made possible through the dedicated work of the many municipal departments, volunteers and officials who pride themselves on making the recreation center a safe, clean center for the activities held there.

Mr. D'Angelico, who has spent decades working to keep the recreational facilities in the Town at their very best has reason to be proud.

Have a great summer season!
